Good attendance is extremely important for all pupils to ensure that they make good progress and achieve age related expectations.
From the beginning of the Spring Term 2017, we are have launched the "97% Challenge". This includes lots of additional incentives and rewards as well as highlighting what will happen if attendance falls, impacting on your child's learning. Click here to read the 97% Challenge launch letter.
We have provided every family with a leaflet with guidance about School Absence. This includes information about infectious diseases, minor illnesses and whether your child should be at home or school. It also informs about the process of notifying the Academy if your child is ill. You can read the School Absence guidance leaflet by clicking here.
We have a range of rewards and incentives for good attendance and these include:

All children who have achieved 100% attendance in the week are entered into a draw and the winner receives a £10 supermarket voucher for their family.
